Studio Terms & Conditions

Please review the official guidelines and conditions below to ensure a seamless production experience.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are only confirmed after full payment.
  • Payments are non-refundable after booking confirmation or cancellation. Please ensure your chosen date and time are correct before booking.
  • Appointments cannot be rescheduled.

2. Time and Punctuality

  • Setup of client-provided decorations is counted within the booked time.
  • Ensure you book enough time to complete your session.
  • Delays: If the client is delayed by more than 10 minutes into the next hour, an additional hour will be charged at 35 KWD.
  • Entry to the studio is not allowed before the booked time.

3. Responsibility

  • The client is fully responsible for any material damage during the booking.
  • The studio management will assess the damage, and compensation will be required accordingly.
  • Bookings cannot be shared between clients; each client must make a separate booking.

4. Cameras and Surveillance

  • The studio is monitored by cameras to protect all parties' rights.
  • Cameras will only be turned off for personal bookings, not for commercial projects of any kind.

5. Client-Provided Decorations

  • Clients must inform studio management in advance if they plan to bring their own decorations.

6. General Instructions

  • Bringing children to the studio is strictly prohibited.
  • Clients must arrive on time for their bookings.
