Please read these terms carefully before booking your session at Pinned Studio. By confirming a booking, you agree to these conditions.
1. Booking and Payments
- All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.
- We accept payments via bank transfer or online payment links provided upon inquiry.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking time will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
3. Studio Usage and Etiquette
- The rental period includes setup and breakdown time. Please ensure you do not exceed your allotted time slot.
- Any overtime will be charged at an hourly rate, subject to studio availability.
- Please treat the space, equipment, and decorations with care. The booking client is responsible for any damage caused during their session.
4. Equipment and Decorations
- Basic lighting equipment and grip are included in standard bookings as detailed in your confirmation.
- Specialty decorations and custom set builds must be requested at the time of booking and may incur additional fees.
- Studio equipment must not leave the premises under any circumstances.
5. Liability
- Pinned Studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on the premises.
- Clients are encouraged to have their own production insurance for high-value shoots.
